"I need a functional on-demand mobile app that lets homeowners find, book, and pay trusted cleaners in just a few taps. The core scope is a working MVP for both iOS and Android—either native Swift/Kotlin or a solid cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native is fine as long as performance feels snappy.

Key screens and flows
• Splash, sign-up/login (email, phone, or social)
• Customer dashboard with real-time location search to display available cleaners
• Booking flow: date, time, service type, extras, price estimate, secure checkout (Stripe or PayPal SDK)
• Cleaner side: job requests, accept/decline, in-app navigation, job timer, completion confirmation
• Rating & review system for both parties
• Push and in-app notifications (Firebase or OneSignal)

Back-end & admin
• Lightweight RESTful API (Node, Laravel, or similar) with secure authentication
• Simple web admin to manage users, bookings, payouts, and promo codes
• Basic analytics endpoints so I can plug in Mixpanel or Firebase Analytics later

Deliverables
1. Source code for both mobile apps, backend, and admin panel
2. Installation and environment documentation
3. One test build per platform for review, plus a handover call or video walkthrough
