"My Android app is fully built and signed, but I have never taken an app live before. I need a Play Console expert who can both create my Google Play Developer account and walk the release right through to a public listing.

Here’s what I expect:
• Guide me while we register the Google Play Developer account, handle the one-time fee, and set up the console correctly in my name.
• Prepare the release inside the console—upload the AAB/APK, configure the production track, and fill in mandatory details such as content rating, privacy policy, and target audiences.
• Assemble or polish store-listing assets (screenshots, feature graphic, short and full descriptions). If any graphic or text is missing, let me know so I can supply it or have you create it.
• Submit the app, respond to any policy feedback, and keep me updated until the listing is live and searchable.
