"I’m building a mobile education app whose first release revolves around a polished, multiple-choice quiz experience. The goal is to ship an MVP that learners can download on both iOS and Android, answer timed questions, and instantly see how they performed.

Scope for this phase
• Multiple-choice quiz engine with question randomisation, category filters, timers, and automatic scoring.
• Secure question bank stored in a database, editable by me through a lightweight web admin panel or CSV import.
• Performance tracker that records a user’s history in the cloud and turns it into clear progress charts.
• Clean, modern UI that follows current Material/Apple guidelines and leaves room for future features such as true/false formats and past-year papers.

Tech expectations
A cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native is preferred, but I’m open to alternatives if they shorten development time or improve maintainability. Please write clean, well-commented code and provide brief setup documentation so I can run the project locally.

Deliverables
1. UI mock-ups for approval before development starts.
2. Complete source code with working APK/IPA builds.
3. Deployment and build instructions.
