"I need a Telegram bot that hands off user commands to Retell AI through [login to view URL] and trigger calls.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Create and register a fresh Telegram bot, enabling /start, /help and any other minimal commands needed for smooth onboarding.
• Build a Make scenario that listens for text messages from Telegram, forwards the content to the Retell AI endpoint, captures the response, and posts it to the same chat.
• Ensure automated responses feel instant and include basic error handling for time-outs or invalid input.
• Keep everything focused on text only—no voice or image handling at this stage.
• Share concise setup documentation so I can duplicate or tweak the scenario later (bot token location, Make module choices, Retell AI credentials, etc.).
