"I need an experienced Power BI developer to transform an existing Excel dataset into a polished, interactive “dashboard display.” The information should be presented exclusively through visually engaging charts and graphs—no pivot tables or conditional formatting.

Your work will involve importing the spreadsheet, building a clean data model, writing any required DAX measures, and laying out a multi-page report that I can publish to the Power BI service. Please structure the solution so I can simply swap in an updated Excel file and have the visuals refresh without extra re-work.

Deliverables
• A fully-functional .pbix file with clear, well-labeled report pages and responsive charts/graphs
• Brief hand-off notes (or quick Loom video) that show where to place the updated Excel file and how to trigger a refresh
