"Looking for an amazing VA to help me with a few immediate tasks, potentially expanding to other tasks in the future if the candidate exhibits the right skills and attitude.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION AND ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS.

The ideal candidate needs to feel 100% comfortable with the following:

--- Can follow instructions to the letter: I am very meticulous, I always provide very detailed instructions and expect instructions to be followed first time round, so I don't have to waste time repeating again and again what was already in the instructions. If you are not good at following instructions, please do NOT apply.

--- Has great attention to detail: I aim for excellence in my work, and expect the same from people working with me. I have very high standards, but the right candidates usually really enjoy working with me.

--- Likes structured work with clear expectations: I am very organised and extremely clear about what work I expect, by when, and how it should be done. Instructions are sometimes provided via audio/video so you should be able to listen attentively, capture the specific actions expected from you, and complete those tasks without delay. Again, if you prefer more free-flowing work with vague expectations and guidelines, please do NOT apply.

--- Can work 2-4h per day, whatever timezone: I just need an extra pair of hands with a few tasks (see description of tasks below). If the candidate shows the right attitude and work quality, I will be expanding their responsibilities in the future. I don't mind the timezone as long as there are some common hours for basic communication and updates (I am in CEST).

--- Is very proactive and enthusiastic: I work in a VERY fast-paced environment, and I work VERY long hours, so I will be expecting quick reactions to my questions and requests. I am ok waiting a few hours, but if you need 24h to answer a question, that will not be good enough for this job.

--- Has great English proficiency and editing skills: I will expect you to communicate fluently in English, and to edit significant chunks of text in English on a regular basis. Assignment of further social media tasks will depend on your fluency in English and your ability to write correctly in English.

—- Independent learner: I move VERY fast and the job will require you to learn how to use new software and complete new tasks on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity to upskill and learn how to use different market-leading apps and programmes, but most of the time you will need to be self-sufficient and find tutorials to achieve what I ask you.

Deliverables

IMMEDIATE TASKS:
--> Text editing in English, with some video elements: no video editing experience required but general sense of aesthetics necessary. If you have proven experience editing text in English and/or video/audio, please provide details/links in your application. Experience with Canva would also be an asset.

--> Events support: you should be available 1-4 days per month between 6.30pm and 9pm CEST to support the running of live online events, providing technical support inside a WhatsApp group for those struggling to connect and monitoring the event’s chat and Q&A.

--> Assistance with GoHighLevel: ideal if you have some experience using this software, or any other drag-and-drop web designer to create funnels and courses (if you don’t have experience, you should be willing to learn independently and fast).

--> Academic research and fact-checking: fact-checking sources provided by AI, comfortable reading and understanding academic research on a variety of topics (mainly psychology, neuroscience, language acquisition, economy).


POTENTIAL TASKS IN THE NEAR FUTURE:

--> Social media strategy, management and content creation: more or less responsibility depending on your experience, ideal if you have proven experience in this - please mention in your application.

--> Client management: responding to clients’ questions, processing refunds, checking course accesses, etc.

--> Automations: help create automations inside GoHighLevel and using Apps Script (Google).

--> Meta ads: proven experience running successful meta ads for low-ticket products would be a significant asset, please mention in your application." (client-provided description)
