"I’m getting ready to release the MVP of our K-12 AI learning platform and need a creative partner who can shape a full onboarding and go-to-market media kit that speaks equally to students and their parents, always highlighting how the product saves them time and energy.

What I need from you
• Onboarding video series
– 2-3 min welcome video
– 5-7 feature walk-throughs (3-5 min each)
– 1-2 min quick-start guide
– Exports optimised for YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram and X, each with pro voice-over and burned-in subtitles

• Web-ready documentation
– 3-4 single-page PDFs covering product overview, feature set, use cases and pricing
– Infographic feel, polished in Figma, Canva or Adobe and delivered as hi-res PDFs plus source files

• WhatsApp engagement pack
– 5-7 short message templates (welcome, announcements, re-engagement, etc.) with light media suggestions

Acceptance criteria
1. Videos delivered shoulld be web, youtube, whatsapp and instagram friendly in hi res.
2. Voice-over in clear, neutral English; subtitles in SRT and hard-coded.
3. PDFs visually consistent with our existing colour palette (will be shared) and optimised for web download (<2 MB each).
4. Copy must be value-driven—every line should reinforce the “less hassle, more learning” benefit for parents and students.
5. Final assets organised in a single, well-labelled cloud folder.

Helpful background material, logo files and brand guidelines are ready to hand over as soon as we start.
