"Laravel Web App for bigger project.

Now we need:
- User registration and login
User will choose a unique username and email verification / conformation. First time with a captcha on creation. On login then not anymore.
Each user will get a running number starting from 199xxxxxxx and a random hash value that is stored in DB.

- admin backend: Admin can see registrated users and has access to a activity board where he can see who has created or logged in from where (Location based in IP) , IP Adress, Type on Maschine

All must work on Desktop, Tablet and most important Phone. Later an APP for android and IOS will also be coded that will allow the same for endusers. So be aware of interfaces for app.

General:
We will use Git and expect code to be in git on a nightly base.

From there we deploy and test to our servers.
