"I need my existing local-service website copied over to WordPress, using an account I’ll provide so I have full ownership going forward.
Here’s what I’m after:

• Replicate the current layout, pages, images, and text exactly as they are now.
• Keep all basic features that matter to a service-provider business—contact form, click-to-call button, service list, and location map.
• Set up essential plugins only (SEO, security, backups) so I can manage everything myself later.
• Hand off clear login details plus a quick, bullet-point guide showing me how to edit text and add photos.

No redesign or fancy extras for now—just a faithful, working copy of the site living inside my own WordPress dashboard.
