"I need a complete Microsoft Visual Studio solution that behaves like a small-scale ATM. When the executable starts it must open with a classic-style login form where the user types a fixed username and password that live directly in the code—no database, no external configuration. A correct login leads to the main ATM screen that shows all the typical buttons you would expect on the physical machine.

These are the functions the simulator has to perform:
• Balance Inquiry
• Cash Withdrawal (simulated cash count)
• Deposit Funds (simple amount addition)
• Money Transfer between two hard-coded accounts for demo purposes
• Change PIN (updates the in-memory credential)
• Mini Statement displaying the last few transactions stored only for the current session

Every choice has to present a new form or panel, process the request, update the session data in memory, and then route the user back to the main menu. Once the user presses Cancel or Finish, the session should reset and return to the login screen.

I expect:
• A clean, classic WinForms interface with labeled buttons that resemble an ATM fascia.
• Well-commented C# code placed in a single Visual Studio project/solution that I can open and run without extra setup.
• All constants (usernames, PINs, starting balances) defined in one spot so I can change them quickly.

Deliver the .sln, .csproj, and all source files ready to compile in Visual Studio 2022 or later. No external libraries unless they ship with the standard .NET framework." (client-provided description)
