"I need a robust Windows application that can take one or many Outlook OST files and generate clean, ready-to-import PST files. Stability and data integrity matter more than sheer speed, yet I still expect respectable throughput on large mailboxes.

Core capabilities
• Batch conversion so users can queue multiple OSTs at once.
• Full support for encrypted or password-protected files.
• Selective conversion that lets the user tick only the folders or date ranges they actually need.

Interface requirements
The tool must ship with both a straightforward GUI (think ribbon-style or modern tabbed layout) and a script-friendly CLI so it can be dropped into existing automation. The two fronts should share the same conversion engine to avoid duplicate maintenance.

Acceptance criteria
• Successful round-trip of at least three 50 GB test OSTs—one normal, one heavily encrypted, one partial export—without CRC or MAPI errors when the resulting PSTs are mounted in Outlook 2019.
• CLI supports wildcard input and emits 0/1 exit codes for success/failure.
• GUI remains responsive during long runs and logs progress in real time.
• Clear logging (txt and optional JSON) with warnings, errors, and per-mail item counts.
• Installer and clean uninstall for Windows 10/11.
