"I’m building a browser-based investment-planning tool that guides users through a short series of plain-language questions and then returns a personalized “needs list” showing the next steps in their journey (recommended portfolio mix, contribution schedule, and risk considerations). The core of this MVP is that adaptive questionnaire, so the flow must feel conversational, quick, and reassuring on both desktop and mobile screens.

My expectation is that you will design the UI, code the front-end, wire up the simple logic that scores responses, and deploy a working demo. React, Vue, Svelte, or a similarly modern JavaScript stack is fine as long as the final product is clean, fast, and easy for me to maintain.

Deliverables
• Interactive question flow with responsive UI
• Rule-based engine that maps answers to an investment “needs list” and renders a shareable summary (PDF or email)
• Source code in a private Git repository with setup instructions
• Live demo link for click-through testing

Acceptance criteria: every path in the questionnaire produces a correct summary, pages load in under two seconds on 4G, and the UI meets basic accessibility standards (WCAG AA contrast and keyboard navigation).
