"I need a lightweight Microsoft Power Apps canvas app that helps my innovation challenge jury score six shortlisted ideas across five criteria. The interface should feel graphical and interactive—charts, icons, and color cues rather than plain tables—yet remain simple enough to run out-of-the-box on standard Power Apps licensing.

Core flow
• Admin loads or edits the six idea titles and the five scoring criteria.
• Jury members log in with their own Microsoft 365 accounts, see one idea at a time, and award a star rating (1–5) for each criterion.
• As soon as every jury member submits, the app calculates the average stars per criterion and the overall score.
• A real-time leaderboard screen ranks all ideas from highest to lowest so we can announce winners instantly.

Role separation is minimal but clear—only Admin can reset data or add jurors; everyone else is a jury member with scoring rights only. I don’t need participant access, advanced analytics, or elaborate security beyond standard Power Apps permissions.

Deliverables I expect:
1. A ready-to-publish Power Apps package (.msapp) with the screens and logic above.
2. A short setup note showing how to import the app, point it at a simple SharePoint list or Excel table for storage, and add users.
