"I need a lean, proof-of-concept web app that demonstrates how a quantum-powered Traveling Salesman Problem solver can optimize delivery routes. The idea is to keep the build lightweight while still proving the concept works end-to-end.

Scope of this MVP
• Integrate a quantum computing backend (Qiskit, D-Wave, or a comparable SDK) to generate the optimized route.
• Provide a simple web interface where a user can:
– log in / create an account,
– enter a list of delivery stops, and
– trigger the quantum solver.
• Display the resulting route on a basic map and push real-time route updates if the stop list changes.
• Store completed routes so users can review their route history.

I’m interested in clean, well-commented code (Python/JavaScript preferred) and concise documentation so I can expand the project later. Please indicate any quantum APIs or mapping libraries you plan to use and share a quick milestone outline in your proposal." (client-provided description)
