"I’m planning to launch a web platform dedicated to online multiplayer games. The core objective is straightforward: users should be able to register, pick a game from a lobby, connect in real time, and start playing together—smoothly and securely—whether they’re on desktop or mobile browsers.

Because this is a full website development project, I’ll need both the front-end experience and the back-end infrastructure handled. A clean, responsive UI, real-time game sessions (WebSockets or similar), user accounts, leaderboards, and a basic admin panel for content and player management are all part of the scope. I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as performance and scalability remain top priorities.

Please outline how you’d approach the build, which frameworks or engines you’d lean on, and include examples of any multiplayer or similarly complex web apps you’ve delivered before.
