I need a lightweight desktop application for real-time quality control of donut assembly in my production kitchen.
The system will be integrated with an Urano scale, using the LePeso DLL (or equivalent) to read the weight as soon as the scale is activated.

The software doesn’t need a complex UI — just a color feedback system, sound alerts, and automatic event logging with camera recording.

System Requirements

1. Scale Integration

Connect to an Urano scale and read weight values using the LePeso DLL.

The application must run in the background and automatically detect when the scale is activated.

2. Weight Ranges & Actions

Below 35g:

Display a RED warning screen (full screen or popup)

Play a short alert sound

Trigger camera to start recording (to monitor if the operator corrects the weight or not)

Save a log entry with timestamp, weight, and video file reference.

Between 35g and 36g:

Display a GREEN confirmation screen

Log the event as “OK” with timestamp and weight.

Above 36g:

Display a YELLOW warning screen (indicating too much filling)

Trigger camera recording

Save a log entry with timestamp, weight, and video file reference.

Additional Features

Must run continuously in the background without interfering with other kitchen operations.
