"I already have a working Excel workbook that takes a few clinical measurements and instantly shows the degree of valve-stenosis. Every formula is tested and produces the right answer; now I want the same experience packaged as a native iPhone app that can be released on the App Store.

Here is what I need:
• Every calculation that sits in the spreadsheet must be replicated precisely in Swift / SwiftUI (or another Apple-approved framework) so the numbers match my current file one-for-one.
• The interface can stay simple: labelled input fields, a single “Calculate” button, and an easy-to-read results screen. I have a rough sketch of the layout and colour palette; you’re free to refine it so long as it remains clean and professional for a medical audience.
• No login or user account is required—open access keeps things quick for clinicians at the bedside.
• The finished Xcode project, all source code, assets and build settings should be ready for me to submit under my own Apple developer account. Please include a short read-me that explains any third-party libraries or Apple entitlements you use.

I will supply the spreadsheet and my UI sketch on acceptance. If you can demonstrate that the calculated outputs match the Excel results and that the app passes TestFlight review, the job is done." (client-provided description)
