Technical expectations
• WordPress (your preferred stack inside that ecosystem—custom theme, Elementor, Gutenberg, or other, as long as it’s lightweight).
• Pixel-perfect responsiveness from 1440-px desktops down to small phones.
• SEO best-practice structure: semantic headings, alt tags, clean slugs, meta setup.
