"I need a clean signup page added to my existing PHP site. The flow is straightforward:

• Offer users three ways to register—Facebook, Google, or the classic email-and-password form.
• Collect one extra field on the email form: Phone number.
• Keep the look modern and vibrant so it feels fresh but still blends with the rest of the site’s colors and fonts.

To keep credentials secure, we’ll work together live: I’ll open a screen-sharing session, supply my Facebook and Google app keys, and grant FTP or cPanel access as needed. During that session you’ll wire up the OAuth logic, save user data to my current MySQL tables, and test end-to-end so that:

1. New accounts appear instantly in the database.
2. Returning users can sign in with the same method they chose.
3. Validation and basic error handling are in place.

No extra frameworks are required; pure PHP or lightweight libraries are fine as long as they’re easy for me to maintain. Once everything is functioning, zip the updated files and a short read-me so I can replicate the setup on staging later." (client-provided description)
