"I need a seamless, end-to-end commerce ecosystem for Quills Sciences Pvt Ltd. The core will be a Shopify storefront configured for both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) buyers, backed by a mobile app that mirrors every key function.

On the web side, the store must automate billing, generate GST-compliant invoices, and push those figures straight into our filing workflow. Real-time inventory management is essential—every sale, return, or purchase order should instantaneously update stock levels. I also want a tight link to our preferred shipping aggregators so that rates, labels, and tracking numbers flow without manual touchpoints. The website should be connected to an IVR call as well, and the orders could be acceptable via that as well.

For payments, please integrate Razorpay so we can offer UPI, cards, and net-banking in one gateway. Security, PCI compliance, and clear documentation of the checkout flow are non-negotiable.

The companion mobile app (Android and iOS) should provide:

• User signup / login that respects our B2B or B2C access rules
• Push notifications for order confirmations, shipping updates, promotional offers and promos
• Live order tracking that maps to the courier’s data in real-time

Both channels must share a single database so prices, stock, and customer profiles stay in sync.

Deliverables
• Fully configured Shopify store with theme customization matching our brand
• Custom B2B/B2C login tiers, including separate price lists, dealer pincode-wise delivery mapping for end consumers and tax handling
• Automated GST invoice creation and export for filing, and API pushing to tax authorities, with backend accounts management
• Inventory module tied to purchase orders, returns, and sales
• Razorpay gateway integration, tested across all payment modes including COD, which reconciles with backend accounts keeping
• Shipping logistics integration with label printing and live tracking
• Native or cross-platform mobile apps (source code + store deployment) featuring login, push notifications, and order tracking
• Admin documentation and a short hand-over session
