"I’m building a web application that lets clubs, coaches, or scouts log, store, and analyse three key aspects of a footballer’s behaviour—on-field performance, off-field conduct, and training habits. All data will come from structured surveys and interviews, so the platform must provide easy-to-use forms for respondents, plus clear dashboards for reviewers.

Core flow
• A staff member creates a player profile.
• Survey links are generated and emailed or shared with respondents.
• Responses arrive in real time, are scored automatically, and feed straight into a visual report that compares the player against squad averages and custom benchmarks.

Tech expectations
I’m open to modern full-stack stacks—React or Vue on the front end and Node, Django, or similar on the back. A relational database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) will hold player records and response sets, while charts can be rendered with D3.js, [login to view URL], or whatever library you favour. Security best practices (JWT, RBAC, hashed passwords) are non-negotiable.
