"I’m launching a new online platform focused on helping students make smarter college decisions, and I need one skilled developer who can deliver both the website and the supporting AI tools in a single, well-integrated solution.

Website scope
• Core site will be an education-focused website, built to represent our role as an education service provider.
• It must present courses and colleges clearly, let users create accounts, store progress, and allow admins to publish or update content without touching code.
• Clean, mobile-first UI, fast loading times, secure authentication, and SEO-ready page structure are essential.

AI functionality
Alongside the site, I want four purpose-built AI modules:
1. Colleges budget maximizer – suggests affordable college options based on user input.
2. College predictor – estimates admission chances from historical data.
3. Smart score system – normalises exam scores and produces easy-to-compare metrics.
4. AI chat bot – answers student queries instantly and routes complex questions to human staff.

What I expect from you
• Design and build the full stack (front-end, back-end, database).
• Implement or train the AI models, expose them through clean APIs, and embed them seamlessly in the UI.
• Provide admin dashboards for content, data, and model management.
• Write concise technical and user documentation and assist with deployment to my preferred cloud host.
• Offer at least one revision cycle after initial hand-off so we can fine-tune usability and model accuracy.

Tech is flexible—React, Vue, Django, Laravel, Node, Python, TensorFlow, or similar—so long as the final product is stable, maintainable, and easy to scale.
