"I’m ready to start right away with a full ERPNext build-out dedicated to our field operations team. The goal is to turn ERPNext into a single pane of glass where technicians, supervisors, and back-office staff can manage daily work without friction.

Scope
• Create roughly 15 custom DocTypes/data tables that capture everything from employee performance metrics to project status, ensuring each field aligns with our existing spreadsheets.
• Configure four key workflows end-to-end:
– Task assignments and tracking
– Inventory management
– Client visit scheduling
– Payments and approvals
• Build dashboards and reports that surface employee performance, real-time project status, and field work verification/approval queues.
• Map user roles and permissions so field staff see only what they need while managers retain full oversight.
• Set up notifications (email/mobile) to keep tasks, visits, and inventory updates on everyone’s radar.

Deliverables
1. Functional ERPNext instance hosted on our server or your staging server for review.
2. Tested workflows with sample data demonstrating the four scenarios above.
3. Documentation: data model, workflow diagrams, and a quick-start guide for users.
4. One knowledge-transfer session (recorded) to hand off admin controls.

Tech expectations
You should be comfortable creating custom DocTypes, scripting with Server Scripts/Custom Apps when native configuration isn’t enough, and fine-tuning Role Permissions Manager. Familiarity with ERPNext mobile UX quirks is a plus since most users will access the system in the field.

Timeline
I’d like an initial prototype within one week, followed by iterative refinements and final deployment shortly after.
