Project description:
"I need a Solidity-written ERC-20 smart contract that I can deploy on Ethereum mainnet and any EVM-compatible chain without further code changes. Once live, the token has to move freely between wallets and the major CEXs I already work with—Binance, Huobi, Kraken and Bybit—so please follow every interface detail these venues expect from standard ERC-20s.
Core behaviour
• Unlimited transfers and full divisibility; holders can trade or split balances at will.
• Tokens never self-destruct: even when a date-based “expiry” I track off-chain passes, balances stay intact and are not burned.
• Only the current owner address may mint; that ownership must itself be transferable.
• The owner must not be able to burn tokens (I’m open to a short call if you think an emergency-burn guard is still wise).
Events & telemetry
Alongside the default Transfer event, I want Mint, Burn and TransferOwnership events emitted so my analytics dashboards stay in sync.
Compliance & security
Please add a simple on-chain rate-limiter to the mint function to prevent runaway supply in a single block. No blacklist/whitelist or multi-sig is required right now.
Deliverables
1. Well-commented Solidity source (≥0.8.x) using OpenZeppelin where practical
2. Hardhat or Foundry test suite covering mint, transfer, ownership hand-off and rate-limit edge cases
3. Deployment script and brief README so I can launch from my own wallet
4. Flattened, verified contract published on Etherscan (testnet first, then mainnet after sign-off)
If anything in the spec clashes with best practice, flag it early; otherwise, quote an ETA and I’ll share the token name, symbol and initial supply so you can start coding." (client-provided description)
