"Mindshift Telegram Coacing System (Free Inspiration Channel + Premium Coaching Bot)

Goal:
Develop a two-part Telegram system for the Mindshift brand:

Free Channel (@mindshift_daily) – a public, inspirational Telegram broadcast channel delivering short daily posts with mindset tips, affirmations, and reflection questions.

Premium Coaching Bot (@mindshift_coach_bot) – a private Telegram bot providing structured daily check-ins, personalized affirmations, goal tracking, and weekly progress summaries.

The free channel is used as an entry point to attract users and convert them into premium subscribers of the Mindshift Coach Bot.

Core Components:

A) Free Channel (@mindshift_daily)

Type: Telegram broadcast channel, admin-only posting.

Frequency: 1–2 short posts per day.

Content examples: daily affirmation, focus question, weekly reset, reflection quote.

Each post ends with a soft call to action: “Do you want to make your daily check-ins directly in chat? Try Mindshift Coach for free.”

Optional later: automated posting from Notion, Google Sheets, or API.

B) Premium Coaching Bot (@mindshift_coach_bot)

Private 1:1 bot that guides users through daily mental coaching routines.

Core functions:
/start – Welcome flow, consent to store data, timezone setup, 7-day free trial.
/morning – Morning check-in with focus question and daily affirmation.
/noon – Midday check-in for focus or energy level (1–5 scale).
/evening – Evening reflection with gratitude and “what went better than expected”.
/goals – Create, edit, and review main goals (e.g. 90-day goals).
/problem – Define a key problem with a “5-why” chain and small experiment to test solutions.
/progress – Weekly summary showing streaks, mood trends, top recurring themes.
/affirmation – Generate or repeat personal affirmations.
/review – Weekly reflection on progress, blockers, and next steps.
/settings – Edit notification times or pause reminders.
/export – Export all entries as CSV.
/delete_my_data – Delete all stored user data (GDPR compliance).
/help – Information and disclaimer (no medical or therapeutic advice).

Feedback & Learning Loop:

Each check-in and affirmation is stored with timestamps.

The system analyzes the last 7–14 days to detect patterns and generate personalized suggestions.

Optionally integrate an LLM (e.g., GPT API) to summarize progress or create new affirmations.

Payments & Access Control:

Payment via Stripe Checkout or Stripe Customer Portal.

After successful payment, set pro_status = active in the database.

Premium unlocks:
• Personalized affirmations
• Weekly PDF summaries
• Goal and problem tracking
• Access to private premium channel (@mindshift_pro) in later phase

Future option: Telegram Stars integration.

Gamification (optional for MVP):

Track daily streaks of completed check-ins.

Award simple badges (7-day streak, 30-day streak).

Weekly challenges such as “7 days of gratitude”.

Progress notifications (“You’re on a 5-day streak!”).

Admin Features:

/admin daily – summary of daily active users, streaks, and check-in count.

/admin broadcast <text> – send a broadcast message to all users or premium users.

/admin feedback – export anonymized feedback.

Security & Compliance:

Data stored only under Telegram ID, no personal details.

User must consent to storage at /start.

/delete_my_data permanently removes all entries.

Bot runs stable without downtime.

Users can complete all three daily check-ins.

Data is saved correctly to database.

/progress and /export functions work.

Reminder system works reliably.

7-day free trial and Stripe upgrade flow are functional.

GDPR compliance (opt-in, export, delete) confirmed.
