What We Need:

Flutter app (iOS & Android) with wearable integration (Apple Watch, Garmin)
5 core screens: Welcome, Color Selection, Dashboard, Activity Tracking, Settings
Live activity tracking for: Walking, Running, Cycling, Meditating
Auto-sync with wearable devices (Apple HealthKit, Garmin Connect API)
Backend integration to track: date, time, user-selected daily color, activity type, duration
