"WordPress must be installed on my existing hosting account and pointed to a domain that is already live. The end goal is a clean, secure, and fully-functional blog that I can start publishing to right away.

Core work includes installing the latest stable WordPress release, connecting it to my database, and completing the basic configuration (pretty permalinks, SSL, timezone, backups). I’d also like a lightweight, responsive theme activated—free or premium is fine as long as it suits a content-driven blog—and the essential starter plugins in place (SEO, cache, spam protection).

Once finished the site should:
• Load without errors on both desktop and mobile
• Allow me to log in with an admin account you provide
• Display a sample home page, an About page, and a Blog feed ready for my first post
