Budget: Recommended by industry experts
Time to start: As soon as possible
Project description:
"I’m ready to take my local dry-clean business online with a full e-commerce experience. The site should let customers browse our garment-care options, add services to a cart, schedule pickup or drop-off times, and pay securely in one smooth flow.
Key goals
• Service catalog: Shirts, suits, delicates—each with pricing, turnaround time, and care notes.
• Booking flow: Date-and-time picker tied to our existing pickup/delivery schedule.
• Secure checkout: Card payments are a must; I’m open to adding PayPal or other gateways you recommend.
• Order dashboard: Customers need a simple login area to track status and view past orders.
• Mobile-first design: Most of our traffic will be on phones.
• Admin ease: I should be able to update prices, block out holidays, and export orders to CSV without touching code.
Tech is flexible—WooCommerce, Shopify, or another proven e-commerce stack that supports scheduling; suggest what best balances cost, speed, and future growth. A clean, modern UI and fast load times are essential.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional storefront on my domain with SSL.
2. Branded theme (colors, logo provided) and responsive layouts.
3. Tested integrations for payments, booking calendar, and order emails.
4. Quick-start guide or screen-share handoff so I can manage day-to-day updates.
If you’ve built service-based e-commerce sites before, especially with scheduling components, I’d love to see live links or screenshots." (client-provided description)
