"I need a lightweight proof-of-concept that turns courtroom audio into live, highly accurate text on a Windows machine. The prototype should:

• Capture a single audio stream and display the transcription instantly in English.
• Keep data private with end-to-end encryption throughout processing and storage.
• Tag each speaker when possible so staff can see who is talking.

I’m happy to supply short test recordings and UI mock-ups; you deliver a runnable Windows build plus clear setup notes.
