"I need a lean, fully functional hotel-booking website built from scratch. The one feature that cannot be compromised is real-time room availability with a simple booking flow: pick dates, view what’s free, enter guest details, and confirm. That is the core of the project.

Branding isn’t set in stone; instead, I’ll share a couple of existing hotel-booking sites I like so you can mirror their clean layout and intuitive calendar without copying them outright. As long as the result feels modern, mobile-friendly, and quick to load, I’m happy.

My total budget is about $50, so let’s structure two milestones—half paid once the availability logic is up and booking submits correctly, the other half on final polish and hand-off. Use whatever stack you work fastest in, whether WordPress with a booking plugin, Laravel, or a lightweight PHP/MySQL setup. The only constants are:

• an uncomplicated admin area where I can add rooms and block dates
• email notifications after each successful reservation
• well-commented code so I can maintain it myself later
