"I currently run a small six-page CMR website that I update about once a month. To simplify maintenance I want every page rebuilt as clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.

Scope
• Re-create all existing text, images, manually placed ads, and the small blog section so they look and behave the same, but without any CMR dependencies.
• Add three lightweight features:
– Contact form that delivers messages to my email.
– Newsletter sign-up tied to a service such as Mailchimp (open to your suggestion).
– Comment section for blog posts—an embed like Disqus is fine as long as it blends with the design.

What I expect
• Pixel-accurate HTML pages that match the current layout and work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Modular, well-commented code so I can drop in new articles or ads during my monthly updates.
• A brief README outlining file structure, how to change content, and where to update the form and newsletter endpoints.
• Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) before delivery.
