"I’m looking for someone to build a complete chat application for Android that goes beyond simple texting. The build must deliver real-time text messaging, crisp voice and video calls, and straightforward file sharing between users. I don’t require any form of user authentication right now—the app should open directly into the chat environment or a default guest profile, keeping the onboarding friction-free.

You’re free to propose the tech stack you’re most comfortable with (Java, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, etc.) as long as the final APK runs smoothly on Android 10 and above, handles spotty network conditions gracefully, and keeps latency to a minimum during calls. A modern, intuitive UI is important to me, but I’m happy to follow your design recommendations as long as usability stays front and center.

Deliverables
• Complete Android Studio (or equivalent) project with well-commented source code
• Signed APK ready for side-loading and testing
• Quick start guide covering build, run, and basic maintenance steps

Acceptance criteria
