"I want to launch a straightforward Android-only mobile application that lets users earn money by completing short surveys and quick in-app tasks. My priority is an intuitive experience: a clean registration flow, a dashboard that lists available surveys/tasks with their payout, and a secure wallet screen where earnings are tallied in real-time.

What I need from you
• A production-ready Android app (Kotlin or Java) built to current Google Play guidelines.
• A lightweight admin or API integration that allows me to push new surveys/tasks without touching the code.
• Basic fraud-prevention checks so the same survey or task can’t be farmed repeatedly from one device.
• Source code, build instructions, and a brief hand-off document.

Acceptance criteria
1. Users can register, select a survey or task, complete it, and immediately see the reward reflected in their balance.
2. Admin side: I can add, pause, or retire a survey/task and set its payout value from a browser-based panel or third-party dashboard.
3. The app installs and runs error-free on Android 8.0+ handsets and passes Play Store review.
