"I run a WordPress site that collects applications through Formidable Forms. After each submission I need the user-submitted data automatically merged into an existing application-form PDF so the completed document can be sent or downloaded right away.

Here’s what the job involves:
• Hook into the Formidable Forms submission process.
• Map my Formidable field IDs to the matching fillable fields in the PDF template I’ll provide.
• Use a reliable PHP PDF library (FPDF, TCPDF, dompdf, or one you prefer) to generate the filled PDF on the fly.
• Deliver the file as an email attachment to both applicant and admin, or present a secure download link on the confirmation page—whichever you find quickest to implement cleanly.
• Supply clear, commented code (plugin, snippet, or child-theme functions) so future WordPress or Formidable updates don’t break the integration.

You’ll get staging-site access plus the blank application PDF and a field-mapping sheet. When you’re done I should be able to test on staging, approve, and push live without extra tweaks.

In your proposal let me know which PDF library you’d use and examples of any similar Formidable-to-PDF work. Let’s keep this straightforward, lightweight, and dependable.
Requirements:

✅ Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and HTML form handling (GET/POST method).
✅ Ability to map form fields to PDF form fields dynamically.
✅ Must ensure PDF supports Hindi fonts (Unicode).
✅ Option to download or email the filled PDF to the user.
✅ Bonus: Experience in automation for multiple form templates.
Deliverables:

Working plugin or PHP script integrated with my WordPress site.

Admin option to upload new PDF templates and map fields.
