"I want to bring a brand-new social networking experience to Android users and need the complete application built from the ground up. The scope covers everything required to move from an initial concept to a polished, Google-Play–ready release.

You’ll take charge of:
• Designing and coding the full Android app in Java or Kotlin with Android Studio
• Crafting an intuitive interface that feels familiar to social app users while still reflecting the fresh branding I’ll supply
• Implementing core social features—account creation, profile editing, posting, commenting, real-time feed updates, basic in-app messaging and push notifications
• Building or integrating the back-end API, authentication and database layer (Firebase or a comparable RESTful solution is acceptable)
• Conducting device and version compatibility testing to guarantee smooth performance across the current Android ecosystem
• Preparing the signed APK/AAB, a concise setup guide and handover of all source code on project completion

Acceptance criteria
1. App installs and runs error-free on Android 8.0 and above.
2. All listed social functions execute without crashes or data loss.
3. UI matches agreed wireframes and passes a short usability review.
4. Codebase is clean, documented and ready for future feature expansion.
5. Release package meets Google Play requirements for publication.
