"I run unicenta OPOS in a live retail environment and want to streamline cashier flow by reshaping the on-screen layout. The colour scheme and branding stay untouched; the focus is purely on moving, resizing, or hiding UI components so the most frequently used buttons, tables and panels sit exactly where staff expect them.

Scope
My current installation is stable, so the codebase must remain compatible with the existing version. You may work directly on the Java Swing forms or propose a lightweight skin approach—whichever delivers the cleanest, maintainable result.

Deliverables
• Updated source (or a compiled JAR) that drops into my present setup and applies the new layout across all terminals.
• A short change log explaining files edited and how to reproduce the build, so I can repeat the process after future unicenta upgrades.
• Quick video or screenshot walkthrough confirming the new arrangement behaves correctly during a sale, product search and payment.

Acceptance
The project is complete when I can install the deliverable on a test machine, restart unicenta, and operate for a full shift with no lost functionality—only the improved layout." (client-provided description)
