"I’ve inherited a site built on plain HTML and a handful of PHP scripts, and I’m seeing intermittent 404 errors plus some odd behaviour in the .htaccess rules. I want a fresh pair of eyes on every single page—not just the homepage or key templates—to track down broken internal links, repair or rewrite the .htaccess so that friendly URLs resolve correctly, and confirm that all redirects are behaving.

While you’re inside the code, I also need a quick but thorough validation pass: flag outdated or invalid markup, tidy any messy PHP includes, and make sure nothing in the structure is sabotaging crawlability. If you notice easy-win on-page SEO tweaks (title duplication, missing meta description, canonical tags, etc.) highlight or implement them where possible.

Deliverables:
* A clean update ofr original template to Dreamweaver 2025 and Bootstrap 4.4.1
* Updated .htaccess file with explanations of the rules you change or add especailly regarding redirects of 24 pages with QR's to html - moving to php.
* Assit with .css and .js and includes for php nav and footer across multiple pages in 8 sub directorities with body that changes
* A concise summary of SEO improvements applied and any further steps you recommend.

Please be comfortable working via a staging copy, taking a backup before touching production. Raw files in Dreamweaver but use something comparible for use and reuse on the Dreamweaver platform
