"I’m ready to overhaul my existing Webflow-powered SaaS website so it finally feels friction-free for visitors and converts more trials. The priority is user experience: clearer navigation, intuitive page flow, and a mobile experience that feels native. Every visual choice should speak to a professional, corporate audience that matches our ICP.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind. First, audit the live site to uncover bottlenecks, drop-offs, and any design debt. From the insights, propose an updated information architecture and wireframes that streamline how users move from landing pages to signup. Once we agree on the structure, translate those concepts into high-fidelity designs and build directly in Webflow—no external rebuilds or code export.

While refining layouts, embed CRO best practices: prominent yet non-intrusive CTAs, above-the-fold value props, persuasive micro-copy, and room for A/B testing. I’m also counting on image and asset optimisation so page speed stays snappy after the redesign.
