"I need an MVP for an online-coaching management system that covers the essentials so I can start onboarding real users quickly.

Core scope for this first release:
• Android and Web versions that share a single backend.
• Basic email-and-password authentication for students, teachers, and an admin role.
• Simple admin dashboard where I can:
 – register students and teachers,
 – create courses (free or paid),
 – set up live or recorded classes,
 – track quiz scores and display a global leaderboard.

Student & teacher views:
• Enrol in a course, join an in-app video class, or play a recorded session.
• Download study-material PDFs.
• Take free quizzes; paid tests can be a locked placeholder for now.
• “Ask a doubt” text box that lands in the dashboard for follow-up.

Technical notes:
• I’m happy with any modern stack as long as it delivers a clean UI on Android (native or Flutter/React Native) and a responsive Web app.
• Please keep the codebase structured so new features—store items, social logins, SSO, etc.—can plug in later.

Deliverables:
1. Working APK and hosted Web build.
2. Admin dashboard with the controls listed above.
3. Source code with README and brief setup guide.
