"I need a web-based portal that lets my travel agents handle all client communication from one secure place within our host-agency site. The core emphasis is messaging, so I’m looking for clean, intuitive tools that make it effortless for agents to reach out, reply, and keep track of every conversation.
Here’s what must be built:
• Multi-channel messaging – agents can send and receive Email, chat with clients in real-time through Live Chat, and post or respond on a threaded Message Board that keeps longer discussions organised.
• A central Dashboard that loads as soon as an agent logs in, summarising Recent Client Interactions, key Performance Metrics, and Upcoming Booking Reminders so they know exactly what needs attention.
• Role-based access so each agent sees only their own clients while I can monitor everything from an admin view.
• Seamless embedding into our existing website with responsive design for desktop and mobile, SSL security, and clean UX.
Deliverables will be the fully functional portal, installation on our server, and brief hand-off documentation so my team can manage users and settings going forward. If you’ve built similar SaaS or CRM extensions before, I’d love to see examples when you bid." (client-provided description)
