"I need a developer who can take my idea and turn it into a functioning Android app. At this stage I only know that the end product must run smoothly on Android devices; everything else—from shaping the feature list and wireframes to coding, testing, and packaging the final APK—will be defined together.

Here is what I expect:
• Guidance during a short discovery call to outline core features and user flows.
• Design of clean, intuitive screens that match Android UI guidelines.
• Development of the app in Kotlin or Java with clear, well-commented code.
• Basic QA to ensure the build installs and runs without crashes on current Android versions.
• Delivery of the compiled APK and full source code in a Git-ready repository.

If you have experience launching apps on Google Play, that will be a plus, though store submission can remain a later phase.
