"I need one dedicated team leader who can own the entire project-management cycle for our new mobile phone application. The UI is in Figma and the build is in Flutter with the GetX architecture. Our developers work on India time, while I’m in the UK, and we also have remote staff across marketing and sales.

What I’m looking for
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams on hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to create realistic roadmaps, break them into Trello tasks, and keep everyone accountable to agreed deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can run daily stand-ups, clear blockers, and report progress to me in the UK timezone overlap.
• Familiarity with mobile app lifecycles, from design hand-off through front-end, back-end, and go-to-market preparation.

Your first deliverables
1. Review the current Figma designs and Flutter code base.
2. Draft a three-month milestone plan covering development, marketing, and sales enablement.
3. Set up a Trello board reflecting that plan, complete with assignees, priorities, and due dates.
4. Host a kickoff call to align all team members and lock the schedule.

Success is measured by on-time delivery of each sprint, clear communication, and a well-coordinated hand-off toward launch.
