"Welcome to Payingblue! We wants to create a payment website just like veem. Website development with dashboard.

Objective:
Create a secure, scalable, and intuitive **user dashboard** for the PayingBlue platform (a payment service like Veem). This dashboard is for end-users (individuals & businesses) to manage their accounts, wallets, transactions, and documents efficiently, and to initiate or receive payments.


1. User Authentication & Registration:

1.1 Account Registration
- Two types of accounts: **Business** and **Individual**
- Registration fields:
- Full Name
- Email (with email code verification)
- Password
- Account Type: Business / Individual
- Purpose of Account (dropdown or multiselect)
- Date of Birth
- Home Address (street, city, state, postal code, country)
- Business Address (if business)
- Company Name (if business)
- Phone Number (verified via code)
- Frontend Validation on each field
- Google Sign-In support (with fallback to manual form completion)
- CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA v3 integration (for bot protection)

1.2 Email Verification
- Email must be verified via OTP before proceeding.
- Email templates and resend logic

- After registration, phone must be verified via OTP code.


2. User KYC & Document Verification Flow

2.1 KYC Submission (After account creation)
- Upload ID: (Choose one) National ID / Passport / Driver’s License
- Upload Proof of Address:
- Utility Bills, Bank Statements, or Government-issued docs
- Take real-time photo while holding ID
- Business account: Upload business documents (Company Registration, Tax Cert, etc.)

2.2 QR Code Integration for Mobile Upload
- System generates QR code for mobile camera use (link to file upload page)

2.3 Admin Panel Review
- Admin can approve or reject documents.
- If rejected, user gets reason and re-upload option.
- Each document has individual upload status.


3. Wallet System (USD Based)

-Each user gets a USD wallet with real-time balance.
3.1 Wallet Actions:
1. Withdraw Funds
- To verified bank account
- Admin manual wallet deduction option
2. Add Funds
- Via bank transfer (manual admin wallet credit)
- Admin can upload transfer receipt
3. Send Funds
- To another PayingBlue user (via username/email)
- To outside accounts via bank, Zelle, ACH (manual or API based)
4. Receive Funds
- User generates invoice to get paid
- Invoice is converted to Stripe invoice via AI (handled by external system)


4. Invoices & Payment History

- Display incoming/outgoing transactions
- Columns:
- Transaction ID / Invoice Number
- Date
- Sender / Receiver
- Amount
- Payment Description
- Optional Note
- Status: (Pending, Completed, Cancelled, Rejected)


5. Contacts Management

- Search and store PayingBlue users to send/receive money
- Search by:
- Full Name / Business Name
- Email
- Option to save as favorite contacts


6. Customer Support System

- Open support ticket
- View current/past tickets
- Chat-style thread per ticket
- Status per ticket: Open / In Progress / Resolved / Closed


7. Admin Panel Features

- View, approve, reject user KYC, documents
- View and manage user wallets (manual credit/debit)
- View and edit transaction status
- Manage support tickets
- Manage user accounts (suspend, verify, delete)


8. Emails:
- We wants to use amazon ses to manage promotional emails, transactional emails, etc.
- When we receive payment from a client then there should be an automation to read the email and adjust that customer account balance accordingly!

9. Funds Hold:
- Payments of all customers related to physical goods will be hold until they provide shipment tracking details! -> For this admin and customer can see on their wallet that how much of their balance is on hold!
- There should be option for the customer to upload tracking details for all the invoices separately!
- After uploading tracking details there should be a check that the invoice and tracking address should be same!
- Once the shipment is marked as delivered software should automatically release the funds!

10. Security & Compliance
- Encrypted storage for documents
- 2FA (Two-factor Authentication) for login
- Role-based access control (user, admin, superadmin)
- Audit logs for admin actions
- GDPR/CCPA compliance in terms of data handling
- IP logging and geo-location detection
- Email notifications for key actions (e.g., document approval, funds transferred)


11. Mobile Responsiveness & User Experience
- Fully responsive dashboard UI
