"I need a seasoned PHP developer to build a cohesive web platform that unites our inventory, ticketing, onboarding, and payment modules under one roof. The goal is true end-to-end data flow so staff and customers move through the system without hitting silos or duplicate forms.

Key expectations
• PHP 8+ and MySQL used throughout.
• Custom development only—no third-party APIs this round, so every component must talk to the database or an internal REST layer you design.
• Mobile parity: expose the same logic through clean REST/JSON endpoints so our future iOS and Android apps can sign in, transact, and pull data exactly as the web UI does.

Project flow
1. Technical blueprint outlining database schema, service layer, and module interactions.
2. Functional prototype covering core screens and API endpoints.
3. Buildout of onboarding system and iOS and Android Applications
4. Final hand-off with documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session.
