"My CodeIgniter site on a shared-hosting account suddenly went offline with no recent changes on my end. I need someone to:

• Diagnose and bring the front-end and admin area back online so pages load normally.
• Troubleshoot the “Contact Us” and “Request a Quote” forms and make sure they deliver messages to my email inbox again (SMTP or PHP mail, whichever is more reliable on this server).
• Provide a brief summary of what you changed so I can avoid the same outage in future.
