"I need my existing WordPress site refreshed with modern customer-service features. The immediate priority is to build and style two contact forms—one for general inquiries and another for feedback—so they look native to my theme, route messages to the correct inboxes, and include basic spam protection (reCAPTCHA or similar).

I’m using WordPress with standard page builders, so please be comfortable creating custom form layouts, adding conditional fields, and testing end-to-end email delivery. If you can also advise on—or later integrate—an AI live-chat solution such as Intercom, Drift, or LivePerson, let me know; I’m open to recommendations as a follow-on phase.
