"I’m building an end-to-end real estate portal and need a solid lead-management backbone to go with it. The job is to deliver a functional prototype that seamlessly joins the public-facing site with an internal CRM.

Portal side
• Property listings with images, pricing, and map pins
• Self-service user accounts so buyers, sellers, and agents can save searches or post properties
• Fast, filter-rich search engine that works across location, budget, and property type

Lead management side
• Real-time lead tracking from every contact form, landing page, and listing inquiry
• Automated follow-ups triggered by time or user action
• Lead scoring that updates as prospects engage with listings or emails
• Native WhatsApp & email integration for two-way conversations logged inside the CRM
• SMS integration for quick alerts and drip campaigns
• Landing page integration so each marketing campaign drops leads directly into the pipeline

For this medium-scope phase I’m expecting:
1. A responsive front-end (React, Vue, or similar) wired to a clean back-end (Laravel, Node, or Django—open to your suggestion).
2. A relational database schema covering users, listings, and lead stages.
3. Basic admin panel to manage listings, users, and lead workflows.
4. Clear API endpoints so future mobile apps can plug in without refactor.
5. Deployment instructions and brief hand-off call once everything runs on my staging server.
