"I need a fully-functional Matka mobile app that is already built and can be handed over within 5 days—no later than 25 October. The package must include:

• Live result updates that refresh instantly for users
• A smooth betting facility covering the standard Matka play flows
• In-app user wallet management with deposit, withdrawal, and balance history

The accompanying admin panel should allow both a Super Admin and a Customer Support role. Each role must have clearly separated permissions for managing draws, settling bets, handling wallets, and replying to support tickets.

Third-party integrations are required and should already be wired up:
• A popular Indian payment gateway for deposits and withdrawals
• SMS notifications that trigger on bet placement, result declaration, and wallet activity

I expect the following on delivery:
1. Installation files (Android APK or Flutter/iOS build as applicable) plus complete source code.
2. Admin panel source, database schema, and deployment instructions.
3. A quick start guide so I can configure payment keys, SMS credentials, and create admin accounts.
4. One short hand-over call or screen-share to confirm everything runs on my server.
