"We are building a clean, responsive local vendor directory website named ShubhMarket, where users can browse vendors by category and city, view their products, add items to cart, and place orders directly via WhatsApp (with pre-filled order details).

No online payment gateway, no third-party APIs — only native WhatsApp checkout and CSV-based vendor management via admin.
We need a WordPress + WooCommerce developer who can deliver the full project as per our finalized scope.

Functional Flow

1. Customer browses homepage → category grid (3–4 cards per row).


2. Selects category → sees vendor listings (city + category filter).


3. Opens vendor store → adds products to cart.


4. On checkout, WhatsApp chat opens with vendor’s number (+91) and pre-filled message (items, quantity, price, total, customer name, city, delivery/pick-up note).


5. Customer and vendor handle final order and payment manually via WhatsApp.



Cart must support single-vendor logic (if user adds from another vendor, prompt to switch cart).



Vendor Data Management

Vendors will not access the backend.

Vendors submit data via Google Form (store name, city, category, WhatsApp number, product names, prices, and image links).

Admin verifies and imports data via CSV (import/export enabled).

Publicly accessible image links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) required.

Form validation: WhatsApp number and at least one product image mandatory.



Pages and Structure

1. Home: Category grid (no banners, sliders, or offers).


2. Vendor Listing: Small vendor cards with logo, name, category, and “View Store.”


3. Vendor Store: Vendor name, city, cover image, product grid, Add-to-Cart + WhatsApp checkout.


4. Contact: Simple text – “For support, email :
Support section will be configured during setup.

5. Footer: Email + copyright line only, with vendor ribbon above footer:
“Vendors? List your business on ShubhMarket → Apply Now.”




Category Seed List (Editable from Backend)
Grocery, Mobile Accessories, Electronics, Auto Parts, Fashion, Home Décor, Stationery, Kitchenware, Bakery, Pharma, Drinks, Pet Care, Pooja Store.
Admin can add or edit categories and icons anytime through backend.



Performance and Security

Caching plugin configured (exclude cart/checkout).

Basic security plugin (Wordfence or equivalent).

Images ≤120KB, lazy-loading enabled, SVG logos preferred.

Code and design optimized for speed and clean structure.



SEO and QA

Meta title, description, OG image, canonical tags.

Mobile-first design (Android Chrome, iPhone Safari).

QA video (30–45s) showing full flow: Home → Vendor → Add-to-Cart → Checkout → WhatsApp open.
