"Overview

I need a web-based appointment system tailored to an auto-repairs Multiple service providers offering repairs.

Customers must be able to:

• View real-time bay and technician availability
• Choose from a configurable list of repair or maintenance services
• Receive automated WhatsApp or SMS reminders as their appointment approaches
• Create, modify, or cancel bookings through a personal dashboard

On the back end I want a clean admin panel where multiple providers can set working hours, block out dates, and manage bookings at a glance. Syncing the mechanic calendar with Google Calendar or Outlook would be a bonus, but not mandatory.

A responsive design is essential, I’m open to popular stacks—Laravel with Vue, a React front end on Node, ideally I would want a provider like Shopify due to simplicity of backend, security and down time limitations

Overview 
A booking platform for multiple hosts to provide vehicle repair services across the UK. The website will offer a fixed price paid service fee for customers. Hosts will NOT be charged to join the site and will NOT have to pay a subscription cost.

Website will have the option to purchase a car based repair service
* Wheel repair
* Windscreen repair
* Bumper repair
* Interior clean
* General repair
Users will be charged £5 or £10 fixed price to book to book an appointment ( This appointment is where the host gives them a video call through WhatsApp ) The price is for a paid online 

Upon selecting a product users will then need to select the area (Postal location) they will then select a time for their appointment. (Pre populated from hosts integrated calendar) Checkout will require

* Pone number 
* Address
* (Also Prompt to download WhatsApp)
(Contact details above will be sent to the Host provider along with the calendar event ) via WhatsApp
Hosts providing a purchased service will then receive a WhatsApp appointment notification (Automated)


Service Hosts (Multiple)
Secure access required through designated Host login area, due to large volumes of Hosts accessing the site
Secure login access to update their own availability calendar for bookings (15 min phone calls) 


Additional requirements
Integrate WhatsApp into Shopify (to be able to send messages/notifications)
Implement WhatsApp business API
